Her older songs are gaining decent amount of views/plays, I think it just comes down to her not having a big hit in the last couple of years. The hit that would give her 100m+ Spotify plays and 300m+ YT views, like S&S, but with her as the lead/solo artist.
It would make her older songs skyrocket as well and make her overall stats look much better.
