in your opinion what is more socially accepted, Homophobia or Racism? I'll say homophobia because I've seen a couple of guys at work say homophobic things out loud(most of them were black) without having any consequences, but if a white person had said something racist they would have gotten fired.

Not you acting like people aren't killed for being homosexual as well. It's still a crime punishable by death in many countries across the globe. That being said, you're right that we shouldn't pit them against each other. There's literally no point in it.
Neither are really that accepted when people are being killed for both reasons but I'll assume that homophobia is more accepted if that answers your question.
What I find really disgusting is how some gays like the OP try to act like racism is over to undermine still relevant issues. Racism is an issue everywhere not just in the US like some ATRLrs like to think.
Homphobia is also an issue everywhere too so instead of trying to start a pissing contest do something more productive.
