Well, if the law says that you have to have extensive psychological evaluation and whatnot, I don't really have a problem. But I do have a problem if any random pervert could hypothetically say "whoop I feel female today" then go in a bathroom and harass women. Not saying that's what actual trans people do; I'm saying that's what perverts who take advantage of such a law could do. There have to be clear guidelines established.

You can't use "maybe" as a basis for a law. That would be like saying "I believe black people shouldn't be allowed out after dark because there is a chance they'll commit a crime because they'll blend into the darkness."
See how gross that sounds? That's the same logic being used against transgendered people in this case.
