Her album didn't do well in the UK, so I wouldn't be surprised. Her lead single did enter the top 10 with literally no airplay though

She's still signed with Epic and for now that's all that matters. She should focus on the US

Why are people asking if she's signed? She signed to RCA in the UK and Epic in the US. They're both under Sony, which she signed a contract with in 2013.

Someone posted that she was dropped from Epic Records because she wasn't on the website a few months ago and it was proven wrong a week later.

They cant be updating her profile that often... wow.

Why? There are thousands of artists signed around the world and most of them are far less successful than Nicole. Why would it be hard to understand why Nicole gets signed when she manages to chart where her music gets released?

Besides, you say that as if she's been signed to dozens of labels. She was signed to Interscope and they never released Killer Love stateside and then her contract was over in 2013 so she signed with Sony.
