I love how in control she seems. Even though she's working with these HUGE producers, you get the sense that she's not afraid to challenge them on anything she feels isn't consistant with the vision she has for her album.
My only issue is that Aquarius was an album that was 2 years in the making, and it shows in the quality of the album. I don't want her to rush to make this uptempo pop album and we lose everything about her that made her so unique and special.
With that said, if she can merge her vision from Aquarius with some proper crossover pop tracks...well let's just say everybody's favorites will have to hold on cause she's gonna come for every.single.person.

With anyone else I'd definitely side-eye, but based on everything I've seen from Tinashe in interviews and based on Aquarius, she's someone who's not afraid to butt heads with these guys if she feels its not true to who she is as an artist or if it doesn't fit the vision she has in mind for an album.
Also, Max and Luke know hooks well, and Tinashe is familiar with producing having produced tons of tracks on Aquarius. Maybe she can push something interesting out of them. She's clearly not going to be content with anything generic or cookie cutter. If she doesn't think its good enough, she'll call them out.
