Song lyrics are also essentially poetry. Authenticity is very important to me, thats why it matters to me if an artist or rapper is capable of creating his/her own music and lyrics of quality. I can bop to music that was written for someone, but I cant be a fan of such artist.

It's common knowledge Queen Bitch was biggie's track, and it was also common knowledge kim took it and altered and re-wrote sections to make it coincide with her own sound.

You do get, there a are two versions of crush on you as the track was initially Lil' Ceases'? Kim was pregnant at the time of the recording and was unavailable to do her 16 verses, Hence the version of COY being the one without kim. So you basically exposed Cease for not writing his rhymes, as this was already common knowledge.

I do believe that there are many a-list rappers that use ghostwriters but of course no one is going to admit that.
Of course a little help is never too bad but it takes away the authenticity if you have like 8 other people credited on your songs.

Although some should really use some because most rap songs out there are basically all about money, f***ing bitches, drugs & mention the n-word like a 100 times per song.
