Yeah. It's kind of cruel, even though I don't think this wouldn't really apply if the place got busy or a waiter already had many tables.

I wonder if it's a way to sort see which are getting a better response from the public. I'm sure people would take their QoS into account too. The only time I went to Hooters, aside from hot, the girl was very attentive, cordial and quick.
