and for that week it was Bad Romance.

I made a thread about this earlier. I don't believe it's true because when you click view full chart it's not #1. But who knows.

It's a glitch, Empire State of Mind doesn't show up but it does when you view the full chart.

I think if you count radio, streaming and sales. Bad Romance was #1

Streaming was not included on the Hot 100 in 2009 so no, Bad Romance was NOT #1

But if it were it would've been #1. And that's what Billboards website says. I'm not reaching, don't get so riled up, I'm just posting whats being shared around Twitter, I obviously know she has 3 legitimate no.1s but Billboard are making it out as if she has 4. It's their chart after all.
