Jessie needed a hit, if Sweet Talker underperformed as much as Alive did (but then globally), I guess Jessie would not even be a topic to discuss now.

One top 10 hit before BB does not constitute getting them hits, its fair to say Nicki and Ariana gave her an extra 15 minutes.

Also, whilst in the US Jessie J was the least successful of the three, it was the opposite in my country where Jessie J has had by far the most success, and there are many other countries where Jessie has had more success than one or both of them.
