Why are new artists smashing faster in ALL the other countries ?
Because those countries have a fraction of the population the U.S. Has. It's already top 40 on the Hot 100 and climbing fast. It almost always takes time for acts to establish themselves here because of the various different types of radio stations and how many people buy songs on iTunes.

Well you obviously have a point, but I think the main reason is just how Radio is in the USA. . .
