no shade but pretty when you cry, cruel world, west coast, flipside, brooklyn baby, shades of cool, black beauty alone are better than most of born to die. it would be different if we were discussing paradise.
Born To Die is of course better than UV. It has her best song, Summertime Sadnes. Most people who say UV is better are the gurls who live for acclaim and metacritic and would like to seem educated and cool in their choice of music (they don't).
But it does have her second best song, West Coast.
Don't try it. Sorry that I'm thinking like GP who dumped her and didn't buy that try-hard hipster-ish album. I still like the album but it's a huge downfall for her. Her perfomances turned to sh!t, she became fat and ugly, her vids are getting worse and worse. Spamming UV video and saying that it's real art and music won't change anything
I won't even bother discussing this whole BTD vs UV thing. I am glad actually that many left, she doesn't seem to be interested in keeping these people interested anyway. So why should I?

Thanks. I will check out their album. I love everything that's related to blackgaze: Woods of Desolation, Liturgy, Alcest, Wolves in the Throne Room, Deafheaven.

Her vocals on this tour got so much better.
Yeah, her vocals are definitely better this time but her performances in 2012 even with bad vocals >>>>>>
Didn't Lana actually acknowledge everything that was wrong with UV? I think she was saying that Honeymoon will be more BTD that UV. She dumped Dan Auerbach, started to work with Mark Ronsonm that Emile guy and etc.
Y'all might as well say that Lana has no taste either
Dan Auerbach and Lana worked SO well together. It's going to be sad that they aren't collaborating again but she'll do very well with Mark Ronson. I think we'll be seeing a blend between BTD and Ultraviolence.
BTD has the tittle track song, Video Games, Blue Jeans, SS, Without You, TIWMUG, Lucky Ones, Ride, American and Gods and Monster which are all 10/10 tracks.
The only 10/10 track that UV has is Brooklyn Baby.
