Lower-level? In what way? You certainly can't be talking about career since Taylor outsells Katy in every way but (maybe) singles, has more mass appeal, and has more critical appeal.
I won't lie, I'm very disappointed Katy would do this. Though after her tweets I shouldn't be surprised
