Starting ToXillia today

Am expecting a not as great experience as ToS or TotA.

Xillia is good for what it is but Jude is an annoying **** who only cares about Milla.

He's the most embarrassing protag in Tales yet, he has no goals of his own other than getting caught up in Milla's stuff.
He mainly only does what he does because of Milla and pays his childhood friend dust.

I actually loved Jude, definitely a unique character when it comes to the series, he's not your generic hero.
Combat is great, story is ok, but really the worst part is exploration, it's very repetitive and boring, random treasures and big ass maps with a few exceptions, little to no puzzles too

Currently playing the Guided Fate Paradox, loving it

I'm actually got like 80% of Xillia's trophies. I'm just to lazy to try for platinum. I still need to do Milla's side of the story though so I probably do that soon.

Also, I started FFX for like the 4th time. Maybe i'll finish it this time around

I gave up on getting plat in both Xillias, I just don't have the time and i already have a decent backlog of new and exciting games

The fact that Persona 5 is coming out this year in the West, Imagine a simultaneous JP+NA+EU release

You should try to get all the GFs. They are all sorts of awesome and their animations are gorgeous. There's also a lot of random beautiful places - Winhill, the Trabia Tribe, the abandoned Science Facility, Odin's Tower, etc.

I need to check, I know I have one save file that isn't at the point of no return. It' a bit before that. I might replay from there.

Hope you guys enjoy Suikoden II. It truly is iconic. It's probably my favorite video game of all time.

I actually didn't mind Jude. I agree with Lulu that he's one of the more unique characters in the series, and his character is much better in the sequel.

Hoping we get some JRPG news at E3. I'd be happy with just Persona 5's release date.

I've been feening to replay Ni No Kuni. I adored it the first time (platinumed it) and now that I'm using a new playstation account I kinda want to platinum it again.

Anima is so difficult especially when he starts getting low and his arm starts spamming AOE damage on my team.

I can easily run Hard though. Retaliate abuse is too good.
