I really can't see CiL being more remembered than Toxic. Single Ladies yes, but not CiL. As hard as I try, I just hear Toxic (being referenced/played) much more frequently. Neither are played on radio here, though.

I literally hear CIL in bars/public all the time. It's referenced on TV, used as background music, etc. all the time.
