People all around the world stepped in to help dying actress, Rachael Farrokh, raise money to help her win her battle against extreme anorexia. As of now she has raised a staggering $180K on gofundme.com in just 25 days!
The 37-year-old has been suffering from the disorder for over ten years and currently weighs around 40 pounds.
Unfortunately it has gotten to a point where her husband, Rod Edmondson, has had to quit his job and provide full-time care for his wife as the simplest of tasks have become impossible for her due to her current condition.
"Rachael is a captivating, kind and amazing woman that has always put others before herself. Those who have had an opportunity to get to know her will tell you that she is brilliant, caring and has a heart of gold," he wrote on the fundraising site. "But now she desperately needs the highest level of care possible. Time is of the essence and I don't want to lose the most important person in my life."
