I mean I can't as yet imagine a really shocking or satisfying death for Cersei but I guess those are the kinds of situations where character deaths are the most effective. Especially since she's still alive in the books so there's nothing even to reference.

But I feel like Ned and Drogo, for instance, had to die to allow other characters to evolve in the show. Had Ned still been alive, Cersei wouldn't be here. Robb, Sansa, Arya and Lady Catelyn would all have a boring storyline and they'd still be in Winterfell. The same for Dany, if Drogo was still here, she'd be a damn housewife by now lol #BORING
If they kill Cersei, the Faith Militant will have too much and kill every single high lord and lady in Westeros. The High Sparrow might eventually become the king of the seven kingdoms up until Dany lands in King's Landing on Drogo's back (Hizdahr zo Loraq and Daario Naharis riding Viserion and Rhaegal respectively

) followed by Stannis and his army. You know what? This slays, Cersei can die.
I could help writing the end of the book tbh
