Because my best friend (a girl) told me a story about a boyfriend. She was 16 and she met him at a friends house. He came from america...half american, half-german. They fell in love...and then they become engaged. It was real love...he was often in america but they met often, when he was in germany (because of work).
He build a house for her, bought a look-alike cat in america (a cat which looked like hers here in germany)...and when she become 18, she should come with him into the states. the relationship last 2 years...they would be still married but...well he died in the states at a car accident.
It was such a sad story...she lost her soulmate.
And in the background, we got this song on repeat....I cried the whole night long. I`m so pround that she shared this story with me and I wrote a book `bout that story.
