Jin, Yoshimitsu, and several other classic chars have been announced, with Nina also coming, yet there is still ZERO hype for Tekken 7 (already out in jap arcades).
Why do these chars not attract the players, and why does this situation not have the same effect as Street Fighter, and Mortal Kombat, series which SMASH when all the classic chars are present?
A) The game itself looks too similar to Tekken 6 imo. I was expecting the character models to finally look like their CG counterparts, but nope. Also the faces still look weird. Especially Xiaoyu's.
I'm not excited for this game and I'm a huge Tekken nerd. Not enough has changed since 6. They reworked the character models but they recycled old animations, voice clips are reused, new characters look ****. It's a mess

Yes, when the first build of the game was being tested, they said Nina wasn't selectable because e was being hugely revamped
