Media hasn't really latched onto her yet and she's treated as kind of a 'new' artist here so anything that does get media coverage from her people find interesting
But I can imagine that it's totally different in the US
Public feud with Katy (it's not like she was subtle who Bad Blood was about), constantly hanging with her "celebrity friends", dating celebrities, etc. Not to mention she used Harry Styles for press for her album with everyone questioning if her album/songs were about him.
Taylor's music hasn't done the talking for her in years. All she ever does anymore is attach herself to every and any semi-relevant name for any kind of publicity. That or she appears at every envelope opening in town.
So sick of the "Swifties" acting like Taylor is better than anyone when she's where she's at because of marketing and carefully calculating/monitoring her every move for any and whatever press she can get.

She's everywhere because of how good her music is and how strong her presence is this era.
If that's being overexposed then so be it
I have no doubt if she keeps releasing amazing music and keeps reinventing herself she'll have no problem slaying next era as well
