This really does need to be dismissed. He has worked with numerous big artists in the industry that for no one else to have stood up would be incredibly shocking if this were actually legit. Because Kesha complained numerous times about not having the creative control numerous times and she filed this lawsuit to be released from her Kemosabe deal, it's painfully apparent to me that Dr. Luke is in the right here.
You guys are only taking Kesha's side because, as part of her job as a celebrity, she markets directly to all of you. Dr. Luke does not market himself (the person) to any of you (he doesn't have to), so you guys think it's ok to make extreme assumptions about his character without knowing anything about him.

Yet we already know a lot about Kesha that doesn't help her case, such as the fact that she is a known liar (see the "Die Young" backtracking + "I only had a dollar to my name even though I was featured on a worldwide #1 hit that got me signed to a major record label").
