WRONG.
Since 2005 polish eliminations to Eurovision are a ****ing mess and the Poles (not only those from emigration, but the whole nation) not always were for those acts. If we had a whole elimination concert with the audience vote, many times the voting felt rigged because little known acts were winning over those more famous. And if the acts were chosen by the jury from our national TV, the acts were usually almost unknown to the polish public.
Before her accident Monika had been a lead vocalist of a famous polish band. Also she's well liked as a public person.
So stop excuse your butthurt with such awful ignorance. If Monika had been a drag queen with a beard, no one would dare to call her a gimmick.
