I'm still happy with this song, I don't want a "mature" song from her. I like Britney because of her dance-y music and fun lyrics, if I wanted serious songs I would stan for Adele, P!nk or Lorde...

Let's face it, if Work B***h wasn't going to smash, this wasn't going to get anywhere close

It's because:

1. It's underperforming
2. It has Iggy.
3. It "sounds" like Fancy (not true)

When it came out most army members were praising how they wanted the PG producers to produce a whole album for her and how she sounded so alive singing. Now suddenly the song is an autotuned mess, the haters started saying it was a Fancy clone and after PH started underperforming the army followed, also everyone wants the Blackout producers back, the same story over and over and over.

I'm glad I wasn't a Britney fan until Femme Fatale, thanks to that I can really appreciate her last two albums (FF and BJ) and prefer them over her other albums.

I was one of the most optimistic ones in here and remained positive but yeah it's not looking good at all.

Welp. I'll keep requesting and stuff but PG. The song is a BOP, but it shouldn't be the direction she should go for on her next album. Maybe it's best if they treat this as a standalone single and/or a bonus track for the album. If this would've have smashed, we would have had another BJ scenario on our hands (like what happened with S&S and BJ). Her team is lazy, and once they find a winning formula, they love to milk it dry.

I was really optimistic about the song but without radio support it isn't going to do much. Radio is already jumping hard onto Maroon 5''s new song, Bad Blood and a few others. They're paying this complete dust for some reason.

it doesnt matter if the video was released in the middle of the week even if it was released on monday the song would still flop...cuz the gp and the radio didnt follow... a higher peak wouldnt change anything

It would've been nice to at least outpeak the notorious #29, but you're right, without radio support, this wasn't gonna go anywhere

I still think the GP would've eventually caught on with more radio exposure tho! It's not like they haven't made absolute crap hits before, so why can't they let PG smash?

It's actually doing better the in the US than I had thought. It's flopping in most countries but if it manages to stay in the top 40 in the US it should reach gold eventually. Platinum is possible only with performances or radio.

So , she is #30 this week at Billboard Hot 100 , it's OK (i thought she would decrease more spots)

if the radio was good i could have hopes.. but now there s really no reason ...noone knows how the radio is working....i really do believe in payola...

I do wish Britney's music evolved a bit. It's starting to all be the same, very immature. But I guess thats her thing, and i'm not saying I don't enjoy it at all. I think the GP and fans would be here for something different and risky from her. But hey! if this is what she likes, and she feels like its artsy-fartsy. then good, do it for you Brit! i'll still be buying.
