Good point, but what
if he really is gay the ones who are coming out about it still says he was wrong. So it might not actually be a cover if this is true. Either way this is a situation that has turned sour.
This thread proved without even knowing the guys ethnicity that we have a problem with race.
Which is where the "oppression Olympics" start. We should be focusing on how justice should be served not race as that is irrelevant to what happened.

Indeed it has, if the story turns out that both were in the wrong both should be slapped with disturbing the peace. If it proves to be one sided then the chair thrower should still get some form of the book thrown at him.
