I've always liked this movie ever since it came out but I re-watched it this morning and i'm just reminded how powerful,funny,and well acted the whole film is. One of the best dramas of all time. Winona is so good in it but Angelina did steal the movie which is why she earned the Oscar. Just great performances by alot of other actors in it too like Whoopi Goldberg,Elisabeth Moss ,and Brittany Murphy. It also has its funny moments such as the ice cream parlor scene and one liners from Lisa. But if you've ever seen this movie just what do you think of it overall?

I think it's highly overrated

Yes, I remember when my older sister got it on DVD when I was younger and I always was curious to watch it but my mom wouldnt let me. Then when I was in 5th grade it was on TV so i watched it and i was literally shocked when Brittany Murphy's character hung herself. I was so innocent not knowing what i was getting myself into lol. Its a really eerie and dark movie, I dont find much humor in it.
