There is too much hype surrounding the release to keep it from the top spot no matter what. True, though, her only competition is American Oxygen, and the SNL performance of that song didn't really help it.

I'm hoping she goes for seven or eight songs too.

Congratulations to Kendrick Lamar. What a year so far. Selling over 300K with “To Pimp a Butterfly” on its first week along with reaching #1 on the Hot 100 and in Canada and UK. Plus, getting a score of 97 (the last time I checked) from Metacritic. In addition, getting recognized as an official icon by the California Senate while staying true to himself and earning respect from the Hip-Hop community. Now, getting that #1 on iTunes. It’s cool.

Oh, congrats to Taylor too. You know your fans and stans support you. They say you can’t do no wrong. Praise the Lord and her Bad Blood. You know those kiddies would support that song. The bullying is the pits these days. Beg their parents to get them for them. Too bad the song is almost as worse as Shake it Off, but at least I liked the video a bit and Lamar made the song a bit bearable for me.

As for this top 10. Hey Mama, I like to See You Shut Up and Dance Again as I have a Girl Crush on you. Honey, I’m Good and I Want to Want Trap Queen as you Earned It because you deserved it because you’re worth it. Basically, I liked all the song in the top 10 (some more than others, some barely liked) except I haven’t heard Fight Song.
