I don't think SHINee have hit the roof on Melon at all since like 2010 (if they even did then idk) and I don't think many fans were expecting them to, hitting the #1 would be nice but I'd rather enjoy the music (which I do) than the chart positions.

Plus, it's not like SHINee are SM's cash cows.

And if it's true, it confirms that it was the girls who kicked her out and not SM.

Think about it, she's still under contract as an SNSD member, SM is not suing her and she's not suing them, so the problem must be with the group and not between Jessica/SM if true. Rumor has it she visited the lawyer that Kris used to sue SM, but she didn't file any lawsuit.

It seems like the other girls went against Jessica for whatever reason and SM was forced to go along with it to protect the group/their investment.

Does anyone else get the feeling that Odd as a whole could've come before Misconceptions and no one would've thought it was weird? Like, the transition from Sherlock to Odd or even Lucifer to Odd would've been way more natural than the way it actually happened, with 2012 being the ~reinvention of SHINee.

Not that I'm complaining about how things happened since Misconceptions/Everybody are my favorite SHINee releases but you'd never guess at the chronology by listening to them individually.

BTW SHINee isn't the first kpop idols to come out with House music....a top tier idol also come out with a house track in 2013 and flopped but then again that artist was up against a huge name in Korea.

IDK who you're talking about, but doesn't take away from the fact house, and specifically the deep house genre View is, is still alien in K-pop. Despite being huge in club culture pretty much everywhere, it's not something your average idol group tries.

Now watching Crime Scene 2 ep7, then I'm going to listen to that SHINee alberm. Ready to get slayed once again by Hani, this girl has a sexy image, yet she walk like a truck driver.

And Xiumin was supposed to be a guest for just 2 episode, but he's in the show since ep3
