She's not "with" SNSD anymore, that'll be a formality since her contract to release with SNSD hasn't expired yet. SM basically disregarded the contract and kicked her out of the group, but they're still using her presumably for other types of profit.
I doubt royalties come into it, since I would assume once you leave a group in Korea then your right to royalties is probably voided, so she'll probably get them until her "SNSD" contract expires but then they'll stop.
I mean it's companies releasing music through artists in Korea, lbr.
