I think Katy can re-peak next era. Between Roar, Dark Horse, The Super Bowl and the PRISMATIC World Tour, the PRISM era is obviously her peak, but I think she can do it again. She always does.

E.T. is already forgotten tho, while Roar and Dark Horse have amazing longevity and will become modern pop classics.
Teenage Dream sold more because it had eight top 3 hits, a shitload of promo, a re-release and movie. The fact that PRISM opened with bigger first week sales proves Katy's increase in star power.
Teenage Dream may have spawned hit after hit, but PRISM was when Katy became officially recognized as a force to be reckoned with. Overall, PRISM is the bigger era for Katy.

DH is not more global than Cali Gurls and Firework. The only reason DH has so much views because the demographic of Youtube increased over years.

She's 15+ years in the industry...Pretty Girls is a cute bop, trashy song but It could have done better as a single (low current iTunes position, low streaming, low radio spins) featuring the #2 most relevant female rapper right now...Madonna's new album is pretty good, well it won't even sell 1M worldwide...It's gross to think that even with good music your fave's music will flop
