Hungry, you are right. Ciara has not headline her own show yet. I don't know what her fans are talking about. Maybe they have a different definition of what "Headliner" means. Yes, she was part of Summerfest but she wasn't the headliner. Keyshia Cole has her 3rd studio album out and is now headlining her own show in the US.
