Ironically Kelly & Taylor entered at # 1 & #2 respectivly with ''My Life Would Suck Without You'' and ''Love Story'' on March 1st.

Now onto their Second Singles, which were both released on June 1st; ''I Do Not Hook Up'' and ''Teardrops On My Guitar'', IDNHU has peaked at #36 becoming Kelly's lowest charting single so far, and Taylor peaked at #51.

TOMG was expected to bomb. I mean, it's old. I know it was never released in the UK, but still, she's so huge that I'm sure people in the UK had heard the song long before its release. IDNHU isn't much of a surprise either. She's not as big as people think over there, and IDNHU wasn't a good single choice IMO, so of course it flopped. However, I was expecting at least top 30 for IDNHU.

btw, The Trouble With Love Is/Low is her 2nd lowest charting single at #34

Not really, she was unheard off..
The problem is TDOMG got pretty much no Airplay.. Stations would still rather play 'Love Story', which I still hear on Radio everyday.

Kelly's not huge over here, but she normally gets good Radio support.. but that hasn't happend with IDNHU, mainly cause it's basically not that great.

You obviously don't know the UK chart. Songs usually peak when their physical CDs are released, which has already happened.

^^^ IDHU is already dropping on UK iTunes (currently #50) and next week there's lots of competition for new entries (Mama Do, Paparazzi, Hush Hush, Work, Melanie Fiona, Linkin Park, Battlefield, Kasabian) so it's unlikely it will rise imo.

btw IDNHU climbed 29-15 in Australia this week cos of the huge promo

TOMG is pretty much done but IDNHU maybe has a chance of going Top 20 (at some point) -- we'll have to wait and see.
