Personally, I find fems to be annoying and as a bisexual male, I'm not attracted to that type of guy AT ALL.
It's a complete turn off. They're so extra and flamboyant for no reason at all. It seems attention seeking.

Being feminine is just being feminine. Femininity doesn't equate being or wanting to be a woman. It isn't trait exclusively to women.
And the second part isn't debatable at all. Not all feminine men are trans.

I never said you physically wanted to be a woman if you're fem, you're just more of a woman than a man. Hence the reason why you're feminine rather than masculine.

That's what society says men and women should be like when those traits shouldn't be bound to the gender at all.
When you are a feminine man you are just as much of a man as when you are a masculine man (well unless you are trans) Why? because your sex and gender are male
