you are no position to call anyone inferior when you prove time and time again how uneducated you are and you take pride it in. in your last past you were telling me that understanding issues and studying is a bad thing. must be nice to have no education
and now you're talking about sex with objects and pedophiles. where are you even getting this? what kind of flop logic. i guess that's expected from an uneducated type
you're talking about defending real issues, but all you do is bitch and bitch and bitch about nothing
and i love how you've gone so off topic and can't even respond to me about the quote about mexico. i guess you can't. we all know english is your second language as you're self hating mexican, not a spainard

Lol your hate for mexicans is awful, you are implying since like page 2 that spanish people are superior than mexicans using their nationality to troll me. But meh I rather be targeted as a mexican than a SJW who spends his life online, your life must be so pathetic outside, you are seriously so inferior, at least I have a career and I can express myself in more than one language. Education is not defending transexuals, pedophiles and objectsexuals like you do.........
And you are clearly trolling so this is the last time I ever reply to you.

This thread has become a disgusting mess. There is transphobia on Tent's part. And there is racism on Hot Mess's part; he (like most Argentines) seems to imply that the rest of Latin America with their non-white phenotype is somehow inferior.
It all started as a discussion about prejudice against white Latinos and fair/light skinned Latinos in the U.S. It is nothing but an ugly fight that proves why we, as an ethic group, are so divided.
Might as well close it at this point.

Sorry, like I said already 500 times I always defend latinos because I have people close. And yeah I don't agree with transexuality, but I have never attacked a transexual directly, and even tho I don't agree, I would never humiliate them.
That member just attacked me out of nowhere and started making accusations out of the blue, when the reality is I have never directly talked to him. It was very very creepy the anger that he started throwing at me out of the blue, and I assume that it was because of my past comments.

Guys so last night I kept thinking about all this and I read the most interesting article on the subject:
http://www.upliftt.com/film/the-priv...ve-dissonance/
In this article, the author says that white Latinos will never face the same struggles as darker Latinos and that if their biggest struggles is trying to convince other people that they are indeed Latinos, they should stop putting their selfish struggles above those of other Latinos who actually face discrimination. It might sound weird but in the US as well as in many other parts of the world, being lighter skinned gives you advantages and since you have those advantages you should make people around you see how unfair that is for the rest.
Think about that BBQ appreciation day, white Latinos could pretend they're white and obtain the discount--what does that say? In all areas of life lighter people have privilege, dating, the way people in the street react to you, what they expect of you, your chances of playing a non stereotypical role in Hollywood if you're an actor.
So this thread comes as unnecessary. The only downside to being Latino but looking white is your name, which is Spanish and therefore will be looked down on job applications. Otherwise you're fine

with the last part tho, I really really don't think the big companies do that since they have more advanced people working there, I can believe it from small business since they have the tendency to have an ignorant owner like that BBQ guy lol. But big companies hire whoever gives the best result, they are not that stupid to choose them because they are white, too much money at risk.

i don't hate mexicans at all. the only thing i said was that spaniards look down on mexicans and pointed out that you previously said you were living a bad part of mexico. what spaniard goes there? completely illogical
and the rest of your post is just stupid as hell. rather be a mexican than a SJW? you are a mexican so stop being ashamed of it and trying so hard to be spaniard and claim whiteness
and get a new line other than your tired and lame SJW one
how do i spend my life online? i joined more than 2 years before you did and i have practically same number of posts as you. you spend way more time on here
when have i defended pedophiles and objectsexuals? what the hell is an objectsexual?
you can express yourself in more than one language? congratulations... so can i
you have a career? in what? i'm a BS in civil engineering so let's not talk about education
and i didn't know defending transgender people is a bad thing, but i guess that's expected from a backwards person like you who pretends he's a spaniard because he's ashamed to be a mexican

nothing i said was racist. the only thing i exposed was the self hatred common among many latin americans and their desperation to be associated with anything white. why do you think this thread was made by that troll? why do you think he ALWAYS talks about his "mexican friends" with blonde hair and blue eyes and talks about how white he is? i have never brought it up until this thread while the troll brings it up ALL THE TIME
and i pointed out that the troll is a mexican because he is. why do you think he refuses to address his old quote i pulled out about when he lived in mexico and keeps deflecting it by calling me a racist? and i'm not a racist at all. i also pointed how spaniards never want to live in mexico (especially the part he talked about living in) because it's the truth. even the nicer ones have a superiority complex and look down on latin americans.
and transphobia only? this troll is disgusting and only open minded when it comes to mexicans and gay men because he's both

What even is there for you to agree with? Your opinion on another person's happiness is absolutely irrelevant.
It always amazes me when gays display transphobia. The hypocrisy...

IA, but name is not the only factor. it could be accent or just claiming the latino label. the race thing in the US is about perception and those things go along with it. pitbull doesn't get perceived as white because those things take precedence over his white race/looks
btw this thread wasn't made for some debate. it was for that troll to claim whiteness

I find hispanics in general to be more discriminated than black here. I hear people all the time saying things like "go back to Mexico" and old crusty conservatives going off on how they're stealing jobs, invading our country, destroying the purity of the English language/American culture (whatever the hell that means). Meanwhile racism against blacks and other races, at least from my experience, seems to be less deliberate and more suppressed

Hot mess last time I checked there are more than 10,000 Spaniards living in Mexico, which is like five times the number of Mexicans residing in Spain. A lot of Spanish people look down on Latin Americans but a lot also don't

YES to this whole post. I've found most of those white latinos are racist af towards other miniorities and even people in ther own family who may be a little darker (primarily because they're white-passing and use that advantage in life heavily rather than embracing their own hertiage and culture as minorities should since it's always going to be apart of you). It's sad really. People need to stop judging and discriminating solely on skin color. It literally makes no sense (even if it's a positive judgement based on solely skin color like Asians can cook or whatever).

What about how Black Hispanics get discriminated and ******* on CONSTANTLY.Or how a lot of Ricans, Domincans and others Hispanics deny their Blackness!!
Matter fact that gives me an idea...
Also that's just your view, but Black people have been the most oppressed race in the states for centuries. Look how many unarmed not dangerous Black people keep getting killed by white policemen.

You are complete idiot!
I said I made a semester in Monterrey and saw and lived a lot of bad things because while I was there at least 40-50 persons were killed each day. And Monterrey had a lot of foreigners a few years back before so many people were killed, I actually came back to Texas right afterwards.
I go to Cancun and Cabo like most people my age in US do. Ain't nothing wrong with going to Mexico, you're a racist awful person!
And did you just call me gay??????
I claimed I was straight a few months back, you have no source to say that about me, as I thought you are just making stuff up to troll me.

I don't agree with Transexuality
But I haven't said anything disrespectful to them or attacked them in anyway.
No one needs my permission to do with their body what they want.
Also my opinion should be respected since I'm not attacking anyone.
I try not to talk about it in this forum to avoid problems with other members, it's just the last time I voiced it that member hot mess got really disturbed I guess.

100% in agreement with this. And the way in which white Cubans have always discriminated against Afro-Cubans, and then pretended that they live in racial harmony, is just as bad. It's all part of the post-colonial cultural legacy of a country (Spain) that was just as racist as any other, but justified the fact that they sexually abused women of all colors and castes by saying that they were not.
