Yooka Laylee - Team 17 partnership PC|PS4|Wii U|Xbox One
I decided to make this thread to post updates on the development of the game. So far it looks like it's going to be great, and it's developers are Platform game veterans. That means great things are coming.

Yooka Laylee is currently in development and reached it's £175,000 goal on Kickstarter being the fastest Video Game to hit $1 Million on Kickstarter. Since it's debut on the funding site, it's managed to hit all of it's stretch goals and currently stands at £1.5 Million pledged with 33 days left. The thirst is actually real.
The game has it's sights on a simultaneous multi platform release (one of it's stretch goals) offering a variety of extras depending on the tier of the pledge.

Looks like Playtonic have made a new best friend. They partnered up with the independent games label 'Team 17' which will assist with development of specific support areas of Yooka-Laylee.

This weekend Playtonic will be featuring in a special episode of UK TV show Video Game Nation. The episode will air on Saturday at 10am and is repeated on Sunday evening at 11.30pm @ Freeview channel 46 or Sky channel 145

Playtonic have revealed the latest addition to the game's cast. Meet the fittingly named Trowzer the snake, (Trouser snake  ) who will serve as a support character in the game.

I live for their puns, reminds me of the sarcasm of Conker's Bad Fur Day and the Banjo duos. |

Slay. I chose PS4 version and yellow ddd. I'm going to be perchedT on the credits scene when this is released
