Take a look at TV shows like The Biggest Loser and you will see those sickly, tragic physiques that's not at all healthy.

You do know that it's a gradual process rather than a rapid one? He's being monitored by his weight loss doctor. Everybody's body is different and some lose more than others. I've seen this many of times and the process that follows.
