Like someone else said, look at attractive guys on Instagram or pictures of models. That usually motivates me. I've been running a lot lately and I have been seeing results and that makes me want to keep going. It not only makes you feel good physically but mentally too.
* I need seriously help, I don't know whether to keep bulking or cutting since its summer, i still feel like I'm too small So difficult choosing bc one you start its not easy to change

I've been going to them gym a few times a week for the last few months and it's been great. I just keep telling myself on the days I dont want to go that anything I do at the gym is better than nothing. I feel so much better, and the days I don't go I want to go back. Also I got an apple watch so that motivates me because it tracks my workouts so I can look back on all of the things I've done
Hey, so I want to be fit but I'm so damn lazy. Also, there's literally no Gym around me. I'm 5'8 and I currently weight 66KG (I was weighing 63KG a month ago) struggling with some stubborn belly and lower back fat. Can I get fit before December?
