All white people are racist though, because as long as we benefit from white privilege (which is as long as we live tbh) then we're upholding the systematic oppression of other groups.
Racism isn't just joining KKK or using slurs, it's much, much bigger and more complex than that.
As a white person, you can take precautions and educate yourself into minimizing the oppression, but you can never get completely off the hook and claim that "I'm not racist".

It is not necessary to put this into the definition. That is the nature of reality, not an inherent part of the concept of racism.

Prejudice is an irrational feeling of dislike for a person or group of persons, usually based on stereotype. Virtually everyone feels some sort of prejudice, whether it’s for an ethnic group, or for a religious group, or for a type of person like blondes or fat people or tall people. The important thing is they just don’t like them — in short, prejudice is a feeling, a belief. You can be prejudiced, but still be a fair person if you’re careful not to act on your irrational dislike.
Discrimination takes place the moment a person acts on prejudice. This describes those moments when one individual decides not to give another individual a job because of, say, their race or their religious orientation. Or even because of their looks (there’s a lot of hiring discrimination against “unattractive” women, for example). You can discriminate, individually, against any person or group, if you’re in a position of power over the person you want to discriminate against. White people can discriminate against black people, and black people can discriminate against white people if, for example, one is the interviewer and the other is the person being interviewed.
Racism, however, describes patterns of discrimination that are institutionalized as “normal” throughout an entire culture. It’s based on an ideological belief that one “race” is somehow better than another “race”. It’s not one person discriminating at this point, but a whole population operating in a social structure that actually makes it difficult for a person not to discriminate.
A five word definition from Webster isn't enough to cover the complexities of racism.
Educate yourselves!

Or does their discrimination not matter because of their sex/gender/sexualality?

The article also says white people (that includes white WOMEN) are not allowed though so that only leaves women who are also POC

I'm not Fing racist. Shut up with your white privelage BS, that is just a talking point for Al Sharpton to spout off. I do nothing to oppress other ethnicities and your thoughts that most white people do are just foolish. I hope you aren't white and think this.

Genuine question, not trying to troll; do you also consider all men to be sexist, all straight people to be homophobic, all cis people to be transphobic, and all able-bodied people to be ableist? That would seem the natural conclusion from your logic.

See, just because someone is privileged as a white person doesn't make them a racist. It means that sometimes they benefit from a social system where whites have the advantage, but it doesn't make them a racist individual.
Living in the social system we have is inevitable. It's not upholding the system because right now there's no quick fix to the system. There are plenty of people trying to change the system, but that's largely failed so far. Are they racists and upholding the system? Absolutely not.

Why is all your anger about this targeted towards blacks when the woman in the OP isn't even black, you don't even know if the people you're talking to in here are black, and blacks are not the only ones who feel this way.

Yes, I consider all men to be sexist (or at the very least oppressors). I haven't given the rest of the comparisons any thought, and I haven't read up on them either, so I can't voice my opinion on them.
