As a grown woman she cannot decide which doctors she visits, how and when she spends her money, where to live, etc.
She is legally in the same position as someone with severe mental disabilities or advanced Alzheimer's disease.
She is incompetent.
The question is why if she apparently is normal?
She's not really stanning material though (?) I never understood that.
