i am so angry with my self because gaga in 2011 slayed almost everyone and atrl made me believe that she were flopping during BTW era

The music was amazing but I hated the prosthetics on her face and some of the ridiculously hideous looks when she was promoting Judas. The era felt explosive though, like she was really untouchable.

Loved the music; mixed on the videos (BTW is good, You & I/Judas are alright, but TEOG/MTN are unforgivable); her best performances came from this era IMO; I still liked her personality but didn't like how defensive she was becoming in the face of criticism (I was never bothered by the preachiness -- I didn't really care about that either way).

I had minimal exposure to it at first, I know that my friend's parents thought she was a devil worshipper and fake Christian, and then around like November of 2012 I fell in love with Judas and BTW and I listened to the album in like summer 2013 and really liked it, I like the era as a whole even if it gets messy

1) TFM was last decade. Besdes, it subjective in nature. For me Britney Jean could be album of the decade. It can't not be subjective.

2) Oh ok so you're simply trolling. WHO expected Gaga to beat Madonna in TOURING? Receipts? It was canceled due to a severe injuy.

3) You mean that while Gaga was getting 15m selling albums, 7x platinum singles, 500+m views and 200m+ grossing tours she said "Hey let me USE gays otherwise I, Lady Gaga coming off of TFM, might not sell.

Well, I became a stan between TFM-BTW eras when BTW came out I disliked it and thought it was a mess but now I love it.

Hated the videos but loved the performances and the costumes.

I loved it at the time more than I do now. I like BTW (song) but it is so blatantly obvious that it's a rip off of EY. But I didn't care that much, considering there's literally only 3 chords in the entire song.

Judas remains my favorite Gaga song of all time

I loved the rest of the singles. Except for the Jo Calderon **** she pulled. It was so unnecessary and off-putting. I couldn't look at her without cringing

The album itself contains so much filler imo, there's some songs I haven't listened to more than 5 times because I think they're so bad.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the era and was satisfied as a stan. (I still do stan for ha, just not in the way I used to after ARTPOP)

Edit: Also, I was supposed to see her live at Madison Square Garden, but a week before the date I received a call saying it was cancelled

She constantly looked dirty and the era felt like a balloon that had a hole in it. We constantly had to re inflate each and every single release. A mess

Made me hate her.

That's the era I started to DESPISE her. She tried so hard to force controversy and edginess as opposed to letting it happen naturally. She became more pretentious than ever. That and her very...umm.. passionate fanbase drove me over the edge However, I see fully now that the album was actually really good.

It was the last Gaga album I bought. I still don't understand why fans don't like "Bad Kids". It's got a great vibe.

I think she made a pretty great pop record and she had some cool visuals but all of the positives were overshadowed by her star power and people became fixated on knocking her off her egotistical pedestal. I think now people can look back and like the album and maybe everything else that came with it. But at the time I think people were too engulfed in declaring her a flash in the pan. Its not the perfect album of the decade it was amped up to be but its still a pretty great pop record.

I loved her so much I was legit obsessed.

It was the era i stanned the most I think. It was amazing. I'm more pressed I wasn't there for the post BTW pre Artpop era where she was dressing like a Disney princess

I was never a "fully stanning" for her then (that happened during MTN)

Loved the music, loved the edginess, some looks were amazing, some were just TRAGIC.
Loved (most) the performances, disliked most of her tour costumes, loved the BTWB stage
Loved (most) photoshoots

It was a good era
