I wish people would stop freaking out about the video. The song has been out for a total of 6 days. It's climbing much faster than her biggest hits (...BOMT, Toxic, TTWE, etc.) still and it's the first time we've had promo in four years
That's how radio builds in the U.S. and that's a good sign. When a song is growing, falling or about to be released, recurrent airplay always goes up.

The stronger the recurrent airplay is, the more interest the DJ has in adding the artist's new song to rotation. They can't just add it right away because protocol calls for testing prior to heavy rotation

I'd rather her songs not peak early, although I also wish she'd release another timeless song that would still get good recurrent airplay even after it drops from the charts. It'd be a good reinvention for her too.
