WHAT THE **** the nasty finger picture KEEPS being on the right side of my YouTube videos and I am genuinely NAUSEOUS after seeing it again just now. Is there a way to get rid of those ads?

This. I'm not freaking out or anything, but every time I see lots of little holes like this it makes my skin crawl and my head starts to itch profusely.

Edit: why the **** did I come in here! I started googling and clicking links and now I can't stop scratching and it feels like something's crawling in my hair. I think I have it help
