When I hear or read people born in 1997 turning 18 this year, I start to feel SO OLD. Like I was born in 1992 and I just feel so old (even though I'm 22).
I feel old when I realize that old family members that used to play with me when I was a kid are now dead...
Like days ago I found a monkey plush that was gifted to me around 20 years ago and now I realize that the family members who gifted it to me have been dead for years now.
I still have my 4 grandparents but I know that as time goes by death is closer and closer, it's a terrible feeling.
When I turned 22 last year it was like "damn, how did I get here?" Now I'm a few months short of 23.
yup! That's how I feel! and I keep comparing myself to all these young celebs now lmao. Or like most of my friends are only a year (less than 6 months actually) or two younger than me but I have some friends that are 4 years younger so I'm like wtf am I doing with my life lol
I'm turning 23 this summer. As a stan, I haven't checked for artists personal lives for a couple of years now, but I do still search for new music daily. Doubt I'll ever grow out of it. It does bother me when I listen to artists younger than me
Don't feel old, guys. There's a lot more to do and places to visit when you're in your 20s. Teen years are the pits!
