A Thousand Miles songstress, Vanessa Carlton, plans to release her fifth studio album entitled Liberman in October 2015.
The album follows the birth of her first child and is the follow-up to her 2011 effort, Rabbits On the Run.

She confirmed the track list on Instagram this year but Young Heart was on it at the time so I assume she's changed it up a bit now (after confirming YH is no longer on the album).
