They're born one gender and later on they decide to transition, which makes them transgender people who remain the gender they were born as (wether gay or straight or pansexual or whatever) are cis-gender in contrast, for an example. there's more than one classification to it
Intersex people are the hermaphrodites, it's not an orientation.
