Actually - I think you'll find Halien took it out of context - and regardless, what she said was still ridiculous. Whether or not she wants to believe/admit it, being a Hallyu leader/representative makes 2NE1 fit the K-pop standard.

That's not what she's saying. You're taking the literal definition of Kpop being pop music sung in Korean. She's talking about the culture or how kpop is usually presented.
