She is influental (not necessary in a good way tho), and you have to admit that. She's making headlines everytime she farts, and the media run to trash her all the time, whatever she does, which makes them bothered.

I originally was talking about Jelena being able to make it in America as a popstar because of her excessive plastic surgery. Kim is not a popstar. There are plenty of personalities who are relevant in America with excessive surgery, and Kim's are not even that excessive and are also well done so they don't look (too) obvious and tacky. Also my comment you quoted was about whether or not we have the right to judge how someone appears who does elective surgeries. Kim is not exempt from that and is picked on for it a lot.
