This has been said before, but before big events Beyoncé's stylists go searching for clothes they think she might like, they go to designers, get sketches etc., she then picks the one(s) she likes that they have brought back to her, does a fitting and wears it.
So unless this girl and Wendy believes she sent her stylist to go to designers with a picture of this Serbian woman and said "I want to look like her! get me this dress!", then I'm just not buying it
