If you
glance stare at someone long enough for you to recognize that the other person is uncomfortable, then you've stared at that person for too long and entered into "creep" territory.
We are all sexual beings, but there's a right and wrong way to admire someone's physical appearance.
Don't try to justify your actions by comparing yourself to others. People who check out guys/girls in a similar manner are also creepy.
Be considerate of other people's feelings.
