iTunes banners should be getting updated soon in the U.S. Hopefully it gets the first banner. I don't think that there are any bigger releases this week that would receive precedence over "Pretty Girls." Any of the big banners will help though.
Hopefully they also discount her albums like they are doing in other countries.
The banner and Ellen should definitely help. Also, even if the song does fall, the music video will help it skyrocket just like with "Work Bitch" (except this time the music video is coming a reasonable time after the song's release, so the song won't be as far down the charts). The BBMA performance will also give it another push in its third week.
I love the banner. The imagery from this era has been GREAT so far and it is kind of reminding me of In the Zone. The theme for this era is obviously going to be summer/retro/80s.

This. I may be off by a few numbers but by the time we got the Work Bitch video, the song was out of the top 40 on iTunes. The video got it back to #7. Since we're getting the music video in under a week, Pretty Girls won't fall as much. It'll most likely still be top ten. Depending on where it's at it could even go #1.
