UM there are 2 terms for the one in the song is talking about expensive fancy butter spread. Nicki raps about hey they have expensive taste
and then theres a sexual term that everyone thinks it is when it

truffle butter is an expensive butter that you put on meat usually
the song is all about luxury and being better than someone
