No, we do not have the appropriate technology to control them, if we do clone a carnivorous dinosaur. Such as, a Spinosaurus, what's to keep it from rampaging? how are we going to detain it? A mammoth isn't a dinosaur silly.

It's still a prehistoric and extinct species. They even tried to clone one using an elephant. This is more probable than dinosaurs.
